Salmon Napoli

This meal has become my new favorite!! The portion of salmon was more than generous! It was the thick piece not the thin tail piece like some places like to give! It was cooked to perfection! Not overdone or dry! Definitely perfectly cooked! The cross hatches of the grill marks added to the visual appeal! Topped with fresh and sun dried tomatoes with roasted peppers and small cuts of asparagus in a delicate white sauce!! Included in this dish was the most delicious house side salad! If you like blue cheese, the dressing is amazing!

I just tried it. The meal was delicious, but I just wish the asparagus wasn’t mostly the stems. It should really be mostly the tips. Otherwise an A plus meal.

Love this sandwich, my go to when in a pinch
